VPNxmen is a tool. You rent a quiet exit. We keep it up. Don't use it to hurt people, don't get our nodes seized, and we'll be very good to you.

1. The service

VPNxmen provides WireGuard tunnels with a fixed exit IP. The Individual plan ($19/month) gives one user a dedicated node with a static IP in your chosen country (Sweden by default). Organization deployments — multi-user, multi-region, broker allowlists, SLA, SSO — are quoted separately. Plans, prices and inclusions are shown on vpnxmen.com and form part of these terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VPNxmen, and not to permit anyone using your tunnel, to:

Generate, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is a permanent, no-refund termination.
Send unsolicited bulk email (spam), run open relays, or operate phishing infrastructure.
Conduct denial-of-service attacks, port scanning at scale, or unauthorised intrusion.
Distribute malware, ransomware, command-and-control traffic, or stolen credentials.
Knowingly violate sanctions law or trade with sanctioned individuals or entities.
Endanger the legal status of the exit node — for example, traffic that draws coordinated abuse complaints.

Lawful trading, market access, journalism, research, and personal privacy are explicitly welcome. If you are not sure, ask before you order.

3. Payments and renewals

Individual is billed monthly in advance at the price shown on the site. Organization contracts are invoiced per agreement. Card payments are processed by Stripe; crypto payments by BTCPay (Bitcoin and Lightning). We never see card numbers or wallet seeds. Failed monthly charges pause the tunnel after 7 days; the peer record is deleted after 30 days unpaid.

4. Refunds

Individual: 7-day refund if we have not yet provisioned and delivered your node. Once WireGuard credentials have been emailed, the subscription month is non-refundable.

Cancel anytime. Unused full months are not pro-rated by default; if a fault on our side meaningfully degrades the service, contact us and we will issue a fair credit or refund. Organization terms follow your signed quote.

Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the same asset, less network fees, to a wallet address you confirm by signed message.

5. Suspension

We may suspend a tunnel without notice if continued operation poses an immediate legal or operational risk (active abuse, upstream provider takedown, urgent security incident). We will notify you by email within 24 hours and explain the trigger.

6. Liability

VPNxmen is provided "as is." We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or trading losses to the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Changes

We can update these terms. Material changes are emailed to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, cancel before the effective date for a pro-rated refund of any unused Managed period.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Sweden, unless a consumer-protection law in your country of residence guarantees you a different forum.
